DOS XX – hell yeah ! Hola from the 956 ……

  8. C JB on March 4, 2023 at 6:56 am

The safest way to cut PVC, especially pipes is to put saw blade in backwards. Vertuall no kick back or fly away peices. Try it!
I like your designs, I think I’m going to copy yours for my garage.

  9. Bruce Leclerc on March 4, 2023 at 6:56 am

Some mighty good tips. You had me ’til you sat down in the chair to enjoy your beer. At my advanced age I’d have to call 911 to come get me outta that chair! 🤪🤪🤪🤪

  10. Dick Byrne on March 4, 2023 at 6:57 am

Terrific ideas here. I especially like the side table with the French cleats.

  11. risunokairu on March 4, 2023 at 6:57 am

The threaded rod part; next time use a drill with the threaded rod on both sides to get the nut close to where you want on either side and then tighten them up by hand. It will just get the nuts there faster.

It may seem funny, but I actually like putting the handle on the back of the simple drawer. Simply brilliant. I enjoy many of the ideas you come up with. The removable side extension is also a very practical idea.

April, I cant believe how much your videos give me ideas. You show me how many ways to do things I never thought I could do. This video opened my eyes on spaces i never thought of before. Thank you

  26. Jim Dasher on March 4, 2023 at 7:17 am

You know, your workbench design could easily be produced as DIY kit.

Only thing I might want to add would be some strip-type lighting above and below the work surface, to light up you overhead and below tabletop storage .

I could also see the possibility for additional add-ons down the road.

    Really a great design!

  27. David Qi on March 4, 2023 at 7:18 am

I would say you are my favorite. Awesome work!

  39. Frank Woods on March 4, 2023 at 7:40 am

Outstanding ideas! Thank you. My favorite is the workbench extension. My favorite is the under storage with the magnets. My favorite is the drawer slides… Seriously I will be building the put away extension. Great videos. I am super happy for your success.

  40. brian solliday on March 4, 2023 at 7:42 am

  42. Montana White on March 4, 2023 at 7:43 am

Thank you so much for this video. It’s so refreshing to see a lady post shop videos without using her body as clickbait. You obviously respect your body enough not to do that, and you are confident enough in your abilities to let them do the talking. Lots of great original ideas in here. Keep doing what you are doing.

  43. DC5 duben on March 4, 2023 at 7:43 am

wow, u have so many great ideas. im definitely gna steal some of these lol thanks

  44. TCU frog on March 4, 2023 at 7:43 am

Oh my gosh! The simple shelves!! I’ve been looking all afternoon for just a basic shelf. Every other one someone is trying to show off there skills, or hardware that’s more than a workbench! Thx much for giving just basics for a bench for those of us that use their garage for everything. The candy holder is cool too!

  45. Grant Oakes on March 4, 2023 at 7:43 am

None of these tips were worthless! Every single one was a great idea that can easily be implemented and is VERY useful! THANKS! One thing I did for my modular workbenches (see Ben Tardif channel) was to make my tops hinged so I can flip them up and under the top 2×4’s I screwed 1/4" plywood, so I have a 3-1/2" deep storage area. It gets better, I ripped more plywood and made dividers for my drills, batteries, jig saw, blades, tape measures, glue, etc. I also installed a french cleat on the end of one of them, built a stand for my table saw and can quickly hook it to my bench and it now becomes a run off table, yet can be easily stored under the bench. Same cleat holds another stand for my router table. One last thing, dump the beer, you deserve a fine wine!

  46. Mike Cagle on March 4, 2023 at 7:44 am

You really know what you are doing, girl and have come up with some great ideas that I definately will be using!

  47. algasmin gasmin on March 4, 2023 at 7:45 am

You learned a lot from this clip, thank you ma’am

  48. herbiesnerd on March 4, 2023 at 7:47 am

    Lots of great tidbits.
You lost at least half of the strength of your benchtop though when you drilled those holes through the frame. Personally, I’d make some plugs and glue them in, then screw on a sister to the frame behind where you can’t see it, and lose that as a tube holder location.
I really like the extension you made.

  49. Pork Chop on March 4, 2023 at 7:49 am

love the table extension idea with French cleat.

  50. Brian Johnson on March 4, 2023 at 7:50 am

Thanks for that. Some really good ideas.
