Great video, definitely need to make a crosscut saw jig. Earned a sub!

  2. Robert H on January 1, 2023 at 1:51 am

I’m new to woodworking and just got a jobsite tablesaw. This is very useful, thanks

  3. fireworxz on January 1, 2023 at 1:52 am

    Thanks

    Great Job 😉👍🏽🔨🪚📐

  5. Little Missy on January 1, 2023 at 1:54 am

Hands too close to the blade.

  6. C B on January 1, 2023 at 1:58 am

OK turning this off half way through, no push stick, raising blade with wood over it, you are asking for all kinds of accidents.
Do not follow this video, it is dangerous.

  7. woodworking aspirations on January 1, 2023 at 1:59 am

I seem to be watching a lot of these table saw jigs. I should now get a table saw.

  8. Dr Strange on January 1, 2023 at 1:59 am

You forgot the riving knife many times in this video

  9. Bruce Bennett on January 1, 2023 at 2:01 am

First time I have watched your video I am a wood worker but I learned something about shop made jigs thanks I will look for more of you video

  10. David Jones on January 1, 2023 at 2:02 am

    Holy supers! Decent video…

  11. Matt Olpinski on January 1, 2023 at 2:03 am

This was an excellent video, but there were so many table saw safety mistakes that could cause serious injury. Safety first!

  12. Terry T on January 1, 2023 at 2:03 am

Which Dewalt saw is this? Your link says it isn’t available, but no model number.

  13. Brian Foley on January 1, 2023 at 2:04 am

    Outstanding…..Thanks

  14. Brady Barrera on January 1, 2023 at 2:04 am

I have that exact table saw. Excited to build these jigs.

  15. Bill MacTiernan on January 1, 2023 at 2:04 am

I think that you should retitle this "Three Dangerous Jigs ": No blade guard, No riving knife .

  16. ArtieFufkin on January 1, 2023 at 2:05 am

Shame the riving knife isn’t used. Will make your saw much safer. The one supplied can be modified to allow it to work with all those jigs.

  17. jkl 2455 on January 1, 2023 at 2:06 am

I stopped watching this video right after you called nuts "bolts"…there’s more than enough amateurs on YouTube, you are just one more…

  18. Erica Williams on January 1, 2023 at 2:06 am

I need a cross sled so badly and fail every time

  19. Carlos Martinez on January 1, 2023 at 2:06 am

Hi, can I use a diablo blade saw 8 1/2?

  20. webadage on January 1, 2023 at 2:07 am

um…. those are not bolts, they’re nuts! Just sayin…

  21. Bruce Le Smith on January 1, 2023 at 2:07 am

    Really great thanks!

  22. Meagen Howe on January 1, 2023 at 2:09 am

I have used this table saw for years and the blade recently moved out of alignment with the miter slot. To change the blade alignment, you need to remove two 5mm bolts, and I have spent all morning trying to find a video that demonstrates how to access and remove those stuck bolts on this specific saw. Hoping you can help! Your table saw alignment video is great, but isn’t this same saw. I am having a nightmare getting any of my tools to fit onto those stuck 5mm bolts because of the bar just below them and how tight they are to the rest of the equipment. Driver is too wide, torque wrench with hex socket is too thick, and the handheld allen wrench is not strong enough, even with tools for extra leverage. I was able to slightly hand loosen one bolt with rust dissolver but not enough. I’m ready to pull my hair out. Any suggestions?!

  23. Chad Yost on January 1, 2023 at 2:09 am

That router bit cost as much as the table saw.

  24. Andrew T on January 1, 2023 at 2:11 am

Is melamine advisable as a zero-clearance insert? I have tons of scraps left from an understair drawer project, and I’m trying to find a use for them.

  25. John Doe on January 1, 2023 at 2:12 am

Just but it to ur ply bro n is factory cut . Forget all those cuts

  26. gregsa9089 on January 1, 2023 at 2:14 am

OMG, lose the annoying distracting “background music”, so bad I couldn’t stand to finish watching what might have been useful.

  27. Robert Baldwin on January 1, 2023 at 2:16 am

I have an older Delta job site saw and the insert has an odd shape and is made from stupid thin sheet metal. I’ve been trying to figure out how to make a zero clearance insert for years and haven’t been able to come up with anything that will work. I like the tapering jig you showed and I’ll be making one this spring. It’s way too cold to do anything in the garage now. 😂

  28. Wilhelm Taylor on January 1, 2023 at 2:17 am

1:30; "spacers, in this case bolts". Don’t you know your bolts from your nuts?

  29. WithA RebelYell on January 1, 2023 at 2:17 am

Your 2 links to the Thin and Thin accelerator no longer work.

  30. Antonio Rios on January 1, 2023 at 2:19 am

This table saw is perfect for home projects

  31. JOSH LAYON on January 1, 2023 at 2:21 am

    Hi Josh LAYON on YouTube

  32. Nocke86 on January 1, 2023 at 2:23 am

    Hi, pretty cool video👍
Lil question: For what is the first installed fences (single layer) at the crosscut sled? Do you need this? 🤔

  33. John Lydick on January 1, 2023 at 2:24 am

I actually completed my sled today. I did find some scrap oak, and I re-purposed old cabinet doors for the plywood. I am cutting true squares in the first test. Thank you.

  34. FLEX_NYC on January 1, 2023 at 2:24 am

I just got this table saw for Father’s Day. For full sheets of plywood is it better to use this compact table saw or a circular saw guide?

  35. WoodNtronics on January 1, 2023 at 2:24 am

Thanks for a quick and simple explanation

  36. ranger5309 on January 1, 2023 at 2:26 am

Have you ever tried a blade stiffener? They really do improve your cuts !

  37. Awake on January 1, 2023 at 2:29 am

Why do you keep putting your hands so close to the blade.

  38. only1symo on January 1, 2023 at 2:29 am

Does the table saw need 2 mitre tracks, the dewalt saw I am looking to buy only has one – will that be a problem?

  39. Paul Youll on January 1, 2023 at 2:30 am

Thanks for that. Guess I have to have a go now being a dewalt table owner🤣🤣🤣🤣

  40. Derrick Pflibsen on January 1, 2023 at 2:32 am

Stumbled across this video looking for some sled options, the examples built here are pretty nice, but this video is filled with MAJOR safety issues and should be removed. Just my $0.02.

  41. Bicentennial American on January 1, 2023 at 2:33 am

If your saw is a ferrous metal you can add countersunk magnets in the zero clearance plate to hold it in place.

  42. John Buell on January 1, 2023 at 2:36 am

Speak slower. The gabbling is ludicrous. Whatever other people do, who cares? Speak your words so that we can understand wtf you’re talking about. Which is NOT the case now. There’ no prize for speed

  43. Halk on January 1, 2023 at 2:40 am

What was first trick used for?

  44. richi s on January 1, 2023 at 2:40 am

    OK

  45. sandy mclea on January 1, 2023 at 2:43 am

    Great easy tips.

  46. Norbert Schultheiß on January 1, 2023 at 2:46 am

Absolut das Werkzeug… Aaaaber fuer mich viel zu teuer

  47. Chad Judge on January 1, 2023 at 2:46 am

Your drill battery will last longer if you just drive the screw home the first time as opposed to stop and go and stop and go.

  48. Ed Reusser on January 1, 2023 at 2:46 am

I accidentally used screws that were too long. I used an angle grinder to remove the pts that came out the other side and a little epoxy to smooth over it.

  49. James Richardson on January 1, 2023 at 2:48 am

    Those bolts are nuts!

  50. Howard Swing on January 1, 2023 at 2:49 am

IT’S NUTS NOT BOLTS, THIS DOESN’T BELEIVE IN ALWAYS USEING A PUSH STICK
