Hello, in the first gadget I would have put a screw with a spring that just by lifting the press adjusts to the thickness of the wood, perhaps with the first cam somewhat inclined as if it were a wedge that serves to raise the rest.
The guide for the hand circular saw is excellent. Regards

I noticed your dowel maker created a few thin spots, as the dowel got longer.
A smaller exit hole and a few spaced guides would help to avoid that.
It happens because the dowel is dancing around, as it is being cut.

This reminds me of a friend of mine. He spends all his time making jigs and fixtures in his shop but never really builds anything else. He is skilled and has all the tools.

Two things I know from which this video is from India, the first is the quality of wood, and the second is the tie or thread that is placed on the wrist of their right hand for blessings!!!

"Ultimate featherboard" my A**. It lacks one of the most important features of a featherboard: Anti-kickback. On top of that, there is nothing other than friction between the fence and the flip-over support to hold it down, which also might bend the fence ever so slightly. You should use table clamps or similar to secure the contraption to the fence. Just be very careful, as Dewalt fences are quite thin material (I have a DW745 myself). In my oppinion, this one is a fail!
You are feeding your workpieces the wrong way on the router table (climb cut). You want the router bit to force the workpiece against the fence (push cut), otherwise you risk the bit forcing the workpiece away from the fence, making the cut uneven. Always take the rotational direction of the bit into account. You can always remove more wood, but it’s very hard to put it back on…
6:40 At this puint, you need to make sure that the blade is absolutely 100% parallel to the feed direction, or the blade will bind when fully engaged. Some kind of registering edge on the sled would be a good idea.
12:45 Rotate the blocks 180Β° at this point, that will force the threaded insert into the block instead of out of it, increasing the strength. Also, 4-prong T-nuts would be way stronger for this application.
At least most of your tools are a pretty decent quality. Most of my own battery operated tools are Bosch Pro too, and I have a Metabo KGS-216 M (with KSU 251 portable stand) myself. πŸ™‚
