   Nice instead of putting a screw in your spindle sander that will wear out after couple changes you should try a piece of flat metal tap that into the gap but leave a little bit higher then the drum on top so you can tap it out again to reuse it.

    i clamped the drill like you even at two planes. but whenever i put a sander or stone which have some weight, at low rpm the drill makes noise probably because of the balance caused by the weight at the end. if the sander removed, the drill turns quiet. do you face the same problem?

    11:24 INSANE!!! Screwing a screw INTO ENDGRAIN??? WHAT??? Absolutely defeats the reason of the diagonal screw… THE STRENGTH OF THE DIAGONAL SCREW is drilling THROUGH the END GRAIN INTO THE SIDE GRAIN, So the screw can grab into the cross-grain at the end of the screw, (FOR STRENGTH) Obviously these are COMMUNIST PLOT TO TEACH STUPIDITY!!!

    Барабанная шлифовалка норм,надо только пылесос туда приделать в столик сбоку, через отвод канализационный и будет норм.
    На сколько долговечное крепление ленты в торец саморезом? В середине лента не вылазит? Не прыгают заломы по заготовке?
