Yes, please make that video, I was looking at it myself. So your video would make or bust my bubble

  2. John Leonard on July 26, 2023 at 3:02 pm

Please do a full review of the domino killer. Thank you

  3. scoops0406 on July 26, 2023 at 3:04 pm

I love listening to videos with imperial measurements, it’s like listening to something from the 18th century now. Yes sir, so 4 bushels, 9 ounces, 6 yards, 4 hundredweight, 6 pecks and 2 quarts? That’ll be 17 groats 6 shillings 2 farthings and your 1st born male child please. LOL. That’s coming from someone where the ridiculous system comes from, thankfully we got rid of most of (but not all) that nonsense many years ago. Right… I’m off for a pint 🙂

  4. FR Rapp on July 26, 2023 at 3:05 pm

add a piece of plexi glass to the top of the Tianli jig and i bet you would like it better maybe they could put a trigger switch handle on top of the router housing?!?

  5. designxyz on July 26, 2023 at 3:07 pm

Domino killer? What a joke! It’s amazing how many people on YouTube only use the domino for board alignment. It is incredible when used as intended, ie a handful mortise cutter

  6. Mike on July 26, 2023 at 3:09 pm

    Howdy Mr. 731…

I’ve said it before….You must have a hidden camera or something in my shop.

I just got a new tool yesterday, a Drill Press. Nothing fancy.

What’s weird about it is that the baby brother of this drill press comes with an attached movable light. But "mine" and the bigger ones did not.

So, I said to myself…Oh Well, I’ll just order me one of those snake lights with a magnetic base.

Literally an hour or so after I get home with my new tool. You make this post.

So, where’d ya hide the camera Mr. Buttons 🤔

  7. Skipanardo Ross on July 26, 2023 at 3:09 pm

Could the tightening handle on the Tianli be modified with a hardwood handle that is maybe 6" and still allow for proper control?

  8. Norman Joy on July 26, 2023 at 3:11 pm

Was your piece too thin or too narrow for domino killer?

  9. ken erickson on July 26, 2023 at 3:12 pm

I’d like to see an in-depth review of the Domino killer.

  10. Wildtones Custom Calls on July 26, 2023 at 3:13 pm

Yup. Gonna need a full video on the domino jig.

  11. Adam Coe on July 26, 2023 at 3:13 pm

Argh Benchmark please make a metric version of those rulers with the stops, I have yet to find one that isn’t either terrible quality or insanely expensive.

  12. Farmer John on July 26, 2023 at 3:15 pm

    Go for the domino video!!

  13. TIM ARMSTRONG on July 26, 2023 at 3:15 pm

Yeah, add me for a full review

  14. Jeff Feldman on July 26, 2023 at 3:15 pm

Another “domino killer” that looks well made: Levoite Mortising jig. The support hand position looks a lot safer. I’m on the verge of a $200 gamble on this tool.

  15. Radoslaw Sosnowski on July 26, 2023 at 3:16 pm

Please can you tell me more about your drill press fence??

  16. Lance Maple on July 26, 2023 at 3:18 pm

Most definitely I would love to see a full review on the domino device, I would be very interested to learn about a cheaper alternative to the festool domino, I had no idea that existed, thank you

  17. David Suarez on July 26, 2023 at 3:18 pm

Video on that domino killer jig plz!!!!

  18. The Mary Jane Alien on July 26, 2023 at 3:18 pm

I’ve never had good luck with the gripper products. They never are able to push my material through the table saw blade (1.5 thick)

  19. Richard Jones on July 26, 2023 at 3:21 pm

I was waiting for "WAIT THERE’S MORE" lol

  20. Tanner Densford on July 26, 2023 at 3:22 pm

100% on board with a video of a review for the domino killer!! Love all of your videos! Also found out, you aren’t ok far from where my family and I just moved. We live in Benton, Arkansas!

  21. Justintricate on July 26, 2023 at 3:22 pm

I’d be interested in a gripper vs gripper 2-go side-by-side shootout! On the market for one or the other, not sure which to go for

  22. Christian Ramirez on July 26, 2023 at 3:31 pm

i was going to check out the links you posted for some of these items, but i saw they’re amazon links, a vile company with which no one should ever be associated, so i’ll just try and find respectable links myself.

  23. Tyler Toole on July 26, 2023 at 3:31 pm

6:28 you said "washes", and then you said "worshes".

  24. Fred Zaspel on July 26, 2023 at 3:32 pm

Definitely want to see a full review of the router jig. I desperately don’t want to spend $1200 for the Festool! 🙂

  25. IrishHarp1759 on July 26, 2023 at 3:32 pm

What is the name of the Big D Killer? Sometimes you talk to fast and with your accent cannot understand you. LOL. the other day talking about router bit. OTFLMAO

  26. Barry Branscum on July 26, 2023 at 3:33 pm

    Those foam blocks are lame.

  28. Woodworking and Epoxy on July 26, 2023 at 3:37 pm

My band saw came with a magnetic light that I like to move wherever I need it. The domino thing I saw on make something a couple weeks ago. It’s pretty neat.

  29. Jamie Enlow on July 26, 2023 at 3:39 pm

Yes , do a video on the domino killer

  30. PaganWizard on July 26, 2023 at 3:41 pm

6:10 I have one of those lights on my band saw. I like to position it close to the blade, and direct the light to give me a clean crisp shadow line, much like my Delta Cruzer miter saw. 9:15 If the possibility injury is on your mind when using this jig in this manner, attach a trigger clamp to the top of the jig and under the table, just like you have your work piece attached to the table. If needed, you can remove the knob/handle you’re holding with your left hand, to give you more surface area to attach a clamp. 🤜🤜🤜 GREAT VIDEO MATT!!!!!!!

  31. John Anthony on July 26, 2023 at 3:42 pm

Domino has setting for extra room in slot to adjust to match line. Since this seems to have width of hole adjustment as well I see no reason one can do the same if needed for a crucial line up. Having said that one should be able to do those smaller pieces as well to some degree. Pretty cool little jig. I don’t see my hand ever coming into contact with bit unless you stick your thumb in there while holding. With out question would love to see full review !

  32. Michael Robinson on July 26, 2023 at 3:42 pm

Sawstop aside, do you feel safe and think it is good practice to be pushing a block over the top of the blade?

  33. Norman Joy on July 26, 2023 at 3:42 pm

    Yes please, on full reveiw

  34. Tammy Vinas on July 26, 2023 at 3:44 pm

    ❤❤

  36. Guy Bowers on July 26, 2023 at 3:45 pm

Great review on some very handy tools, and yes, a full review would be great

  37. Tracy Sowder on July 26, 2023 at 3:47 pm

Yes, please how to use the domino killer.

  38. Paul Hunsicker on July 26, 2023 at 3:47 pm

Definitely would love to see a full review of the Tianli. I don’t do the volume of work to justify the Festool domino so I am always looking for a close competitor. I anticipate, at least in the near future; something to use maybe 12 times a year, and this Tianli looks ideal, for me at least. I have THOUGHT about the Jessem alternative, but still have not pulled the trigger just based on how often I will be using it.

  39. ejcycles on July 26, 2023 at 3:48 pm

Please make the domino killer video

  40. Russ Bowers on July 26, 2023 at 3:50 pm

Yes, please do a full review of the router jig!

  41. Jonny Belsord on July 26, 2023 at 3:51 pm

i have to ask excluding your tools how much did you pay all together for your workshop including building itself an all buckets wall mounts an placement items basically everything to organize stuff jus wondering im wanting to build my own workshop an i want to guesstimate the amount im looking at

  42. Gary Miller on July 26, 2023 at 3:52 pm

  44. Sheryl S on July 26, 2023 at 3:55 pm

I used to like your videos, but now they’re mostly advertisements.

  45. james lee on July 26, 2023 at 3:56 pm

Love your videos! I have to laugh seeing your handcuffs on the wall…I have my cuffs hanging in my shop too!

  46. J B on July 26, 2023 at 3:57 pm

Thanks for the informative and inspirational videos. Just curious, I’m a 37 year plane mech, so when I hear and see 731 I think of a TFE731 engine, are you a former aviation guy ?

  47. Paul Pardee on July 26, 2023 at 3:58 pm

EVA foam is hell on sharp edges. It won’t break anything, but you don’t want to cut/drill into it any more than you have to unless you like sharpening.

  48. Doug Prentice on July 26, 2023 at 3:58 pm

    Woo worker

  49. Michael Robinson on July 26, 2023 at 3:59 pm

On rulers set out like these is the accurate place to set when the ruler mark is still visible or when it has just dissapeared under the sliding guide?

  50. Scott Simpey on July 26, 2023 at 4:01 pm

I wonder if you could use that mortising jig on narrower boards if you first put a longer thin piece of scrap across the to support the narrow piece that you need the mortise in. Looks like a great option although could use some improvements to make it bit safer and more user friendly maybe.
