9 Woodworking Projects That Sell | Make Money Woodworking

Want to make more money in your woodworking business by turning your scrap wood into profit with these easy woodworking projects ideas! You don’t need fancy woodworking tools to build these projects, most can be made with simple tools, though they can be automated with your CNC or other types of advanced woodworking tools. Some projects were made with my Onefinity CNC.

Please note that I didn’t create the flight boards shown in the video, but they still a good example of a project that could be easily created.

Great video. Thanks for the awesome info. I like to use my scraps for various scroll saw projects, usually toys for my grandson. Airplanes, helicopters, boats, etc. Looking forward to checking out your other videos 👍🏽

Just FYI, you said the bottle opener magnet would catch bottles instead of bottle tops. Happens to me too when I talk about certain things 😂

  19. Rick Enterkin on June 30, 2023 at 2:08 pm

Just wondering…do you steam & flatten your staves for the key chain hook rack/coat rack to be mounted on the wall?

  20. Wayne Jones on June 30, 2023 at 2:11 pm

For some of those prices I wouldn’t even bother. I get that you’re using scraps, but you still have time and overhead in making and selling this stuff.

  23. Mark Lindsay CNC on June 30, 2023 at 2:14 pm

Great video! Thank you! I use a lot of scrap in my projects as well. And I spite every piece of wood that goes into the burn pile (even though they’re pretty small by that time.) I also reclaim a lot of materials. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always found something satisfying in taking a piece that was destined for a landfill and making something desirable out of it.

How in the F does your scrap wood pile only have like 20 pieces in it? 60% of my shop is scrap wood AND I have a wood burning stove for heat so I burn a ton of it as well.
