Thanks for sharing this information! I am curious about one thing – I noticed you didn’t mention a single power tool. I would have thought things like routers, band saws, orbital sander, etc. would be quite valuable. Is this considered to be a different class of woodwork, or would you simply rather not use them?

*★☞I manufactured another capacity using  this set of plans [Check Details Here == **https://www.facebook.com/Tedswoodworking-262698340809686/app/208195102528120** ].. They were exceptionally creative, clear and detailed directions with a rundown of materials that permits you to realize what to use and what not to use. I so much appreciate this.*

Hi, I’m redoing my wood floors and for some reason in certain spots it’s changing colors like splotchy. It’s like a light paper bag brown, they really stand out. It does it even after I sand and stained it. Can you help?

For now, I think that Woody Hyezmar is still giving his Woodworking Bible to those who are interested. Just though I’d mention it.

Really nice list man, thanks! I’ve been a woodworker for a a few years but only the past year really started only using hand tools, the more I get into it the more I see that I really don’t need that many tools to get by, it’s really shocking with how little you can a lot, and how much of my tools just look pretty on the wall but never really work. Great channel, thanks fam. Keep well.

Excellent video. Between this and a video showing how to use these to build your own carpentry bench you are hitting the ground running on a little shop.

  16. Jeffrey Freeman on February 10, 2022 at 10:40 pm

You need some sort of a panel saw to cut stock with as neither of those back saws will be good for cutting more than a couple of inches deep. Other than that, great video!

For over 5 years, I waste time and money purchasing woodworking ebooks, programs but many of them left me much more issue than solution.

  21. Brian Sizew on February 10, 2022 at 10:44 pm

It’s obvious that you can save lots of money building up woodwork on your own rather than buying it.

I didn`t intend to use this woodworking book, “Bαzοmο Tdy Plαn” (Google it) but instead curious about it. I had been truly impressed after trying it. I was trying to find out more about the art of wood working, and was not dissatisfied. I found several topics such as wood types as well as designing your workshop. .

Also, can you help me with a link to the video where you make the jointer plane?. Thanks 😄

  35. Hewu Mona on February 10, 2022 at 11:11 pm

For almost 5yrs, I invest time and cash purchasing wood working ebooks, blueprints but most of them left me much more question than answer.

  36. Alexandra Riley on February 10, 2022 at 11:12 pm

Though woodworking isn’t hard, make sure to pick the appropriate plan that suits your skill level. If not, you put yourself at risk of wasting everything

  37. Fimka Mio on February 10, 2022 at 11:13 pm

I presume that anyone who used to try making his or her project through using diy recommendations, one or more times, undertook the frustrating time when the result always was much worse than expectation.

  38. Fuzzy Johnson on February 10, 2022 at 11:16 pm

Well done. I’ve enjoyed all your videos I’ve seen so far. This is a good list. I think we all know at least one person who’s whole hobby is buying the most expensive tools available, keeping them clean and pristine and of course displayed neatly but who never produces the first thing in their shop.

Then you see people who have the least amount of tools – many of them are questionable quality and they produce beautiful works of art.

The two most basic things ANY workshop needs is a good workbench and the good lighting.

One item you’re missing here is a drill. We make A LOT of holes.

Also sandpaper and a good sanding block. Many of us aren’t skilled enough with handplanes to create a finish-ready surface.

I make my sanding blocks from 1/2" MDF. They’re easy to make and far better than any commercially available sanding blocks.
