Best Table Saws in the Philippines / Bosch 10XC vs Dewalt DWE7492 vs Bosch GTS254 vs Lotus LTST1800X
Here are what is widely considered the best table saws in the Philippines in 2021. We have the Bosch 10XC and Dewalt DWE 7492 for the higher end table saws; and the Bosch GTS 254 and Lotus LTST1800X for the budget table saws. What are your thoughts on these models? #DIYweekends
very objective & detailed review from sir vinchi. those keypoints are what we should really look into when planning to buy one. you can have a decent table saw that has the fundamentals without really spending too much.
Could you please compare and make a review between the dewalt and skil ts6307-00 table saw. Both have a pinion fence system. More power and god bless. Thank you
Great review. I consider dewalt instead of bosch, even if review points toward dewalt, eventually I went to Bosch. Because one of my top important factor is customer service, support and availability of parts, which dewalt does not have in the Philippines yet.
As for the fence even if I had purchased the dewalt I would always check the measurements of the blade and the fence manually using a precise measuring tool. I guess it’s a standard practice for me.
Yes it is quite expensive the bosch, but I think the gap of the price as an insurance, piece of mind if something breaks down on my TS it will not be an expensive paper weight because of the customer support
To each his own, all I have read and saw, professional/expert woodworkers recommends and to use a precise measuring tape and advises to use it instead of depending solely on the ruler on the saw, to be precise.
One precise measuring tool to measure all your cuts and dimensions for a project, you are then assure all your cuts are the same even if it comes from a TS, CS, etc.
"Your table saw has a ruler on the front to help position the fence, but don’t depend solely on the ruler for measuring your cut. Use a precision tape measure and measure the distance from the fence to the closest edge of a saw blade tooth. Saw blade teeth alternate, one toward the left and then one toward the right. By measuring to the closest edge, you’ll account for the amount of wood the blade will cut away (called the kerf) during the cut."
Thank you for the review sir.
Very comprehensive review sir! Thank you!
Yup.. me too dewalt
👍👍👍
Honest, practical and realistic review sir! Hoping to have one this day.
nice video sir

this review serves as a guide kasi at the end of the day it’s more of preference ng gagamit yung masusunod. kung after ka sa brand, price o sa functionality nung tool. very thorough talaga magreview si Vinchero Karpintero.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
How about makita mlt100
I can only go for the best one I can afford – DWE7492-QS
254 is way better.
Salamat sir Vince. One of the cons for the lotus is the flatness of the table itself, and that’s a major issue since when you’re cutting a wood, you will experience a not even cut all through the length of the board. I own lotus table saw. I’ve use it almost everyday, and I love it for the price and all of it’s features but I have to say that when the table isn’t flat, I don’t have the ability to adjust it.
Thank you for the review sir. Your content is always good! You deserve more subs and views!
Boss dilawan pala kayo ha hehehe, very nice review and I will also go for the Lotus
Budget meal lang si Lotus but surprisingly can compete with top brands like Dewalt & Bosch. Nakakamotivate gumawa ng mga projects when you have a table saw! Hoping to have this tool someday. Thanks for a very straightforward review!
Nice
salamuch sa comparison na ito boss. this helps a lot. ang hirap talaga magdecide. (lalo pag walang budget haha) pero this.. comparison solves at least half of our problems 😂😘
i have dewalt 7480 & makita 2704N
💪
I love lotus
Thanks for this review. Planning to buy table saw.
Thanks po more power
People are smarter these days when it comes to buying power tools kasi ngayon we have accessed with these kind of reviews online. Aside from value for money, quality & efficiency ang dapat priorities mo not just because of the brand. Great review po!
Very Thankyou so much for this
I’m considering DeWalt 7492. Though expensive its still worth it. The problem on workspace can still be remedied by diy extension platforms. On the bright side, its good for those who have limited workspace and place of storage. The fence is very important for me which dewalt is good at. Saving to buy it. My only problem with 7492 in the Philippines is its using metric system, unlike bosch which uses both imperial and metric. In terms of length measurement I’m more comfortable with imperial.
based on your review I think I will go for Lotus for its surface is more scalable but the issue is its surface is not that really flat. Hope you will cover SKIL Table saw in the future.
Both are great for DIY.
Yung passion mo Sir Vinchero Karpintero in making reviews & diys are really inspiring! Salamat sa time & effort! Sana you’ll have more subscribers & followers.
