Welcome Woodies! Today we have the unboxing of the Bosch GTS 10 J Table saw. A walk-though on what’s in the box and how I assembled it. An outline on specification and also my first impressions.

650 rpm blade speed ? Are you sure ?
Great unboxing, it’s helped me understand some of the key components you get with the unit. How are you getting on with it? I can’t decide between this and the Makita version
I just bought mine last week it was the last one in one of the local hardware store here in Botswana. I have been using a Ryobi one but the fence wasn’t really good. Looking forward to be using the Bosch one .
I think that you listed the specifications from older version of this saw. Max ripping width 460mm right /210mm left is for the old version. I have that version. Yours look like the new version which should have 635mm right/255 left?? Both versions have the same model name and bosch doesn’t seem to advertise new increased rip capacity at all.

think you will find the blade speed is 3650 rpm not 650 rpm
What are you thoughts on the fence? Does it fix OK at the back without having to recheck the alignment?

Good video thanks, just bought this table saw so was useful for me. I’ve read loads about the fence issues, I.e. back not lining up with the front. I’m hoping it’s not the case, sounds like you don’t have that issue.
