Plywood – Plywood as a workbench top offers medium durability at a reasonable cost. Layer the wood so the top is a minimum of 3/4 inches thick and you’ll have a sturdy surface to hold your projects. Plywood is also less likely to warp.34″ – 36″ (86cm – 91cm) tend to be the most common workbench height for woodworking. A height in between these two extremes tends to be the most popular, particular if you do a range of activities at your workbench. The traditional way to increase the work-holding capability is to place “dog holes” in your bench top, and allowing them to work in tandem with a face or end vise to secure parts of any size. In order to work best, these holes need to be drilled vertically… or at a consistent off angle, typically between 2-3°.

do you have dimensions for the wood ..
Nice
What type of lumber is it and size? Can’t tell if it’s 2×4 or 1×4
I like that 2×4 work bench. I’m getting ready to make myself a few work benches.
This is great and I like that the frame allows for a thinner ply worktop. Is it sturdy enough attaching the legs like that?
