No, it’s not the best value saw "around". That was a trick question. The 36-725 has been discontinued and replaced by the .T2 which has a different motor that is not able to switch between 120V and 240V.
I’ve had this table for a couple years. It’s pretty solid. The extra space on the right lets you add a built-in router table. Only issue with mine is some minor wobble/runout. I believe I need to grind the arbor a bit as it has persisted through several blades.

I have the exact same saw. I have none of the issues mentioned here. I must have got a good one-it’s a workhorse!
