I have a vg collection of Ryobi One+ tool collection with tool chest and large carry bag. I find the OEM first party batteries🔋last longer than the generics (about 15-20% longer as the same ma/h rating) ….. but as stated here in your video Mike ….. they’re about 1/3 the price😇💰💵 of the first party ones 🤩I got this from a local hardware store here in Australia 🇦🇺 for about 35% off 🤯. I also have a few DeWalt XR BRUSHLESS tools and a few batteries which I purchased like this tool here …. as DeWalts “skin only” models new from eBay Australia 🇦🇺 on sale and made my 2nd power tool set which I keep at my gf’s place for jobs around her place. These were killer deals and saved my about 60% off RRP saving me heaps 💪🎉💸.I can see a “slight” improvement in quality on my DeWalt power tools but both serve me very well and never had any issues despite having my Ryobi One+ for about 7yrs now and DeWalts for about 5yrs 💪💪👍. Both well worth the investment 👍🤩

Always thought of Dewalt being an expensive brand. Following your thorough review i can see where the cost goes! Do the batteries add a lot of weight? Thinking about a drill version for out of way diy plus adding a mop to polish ye olde car! Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath👍
Dewalt Budget ? Id say Dewalt is Mid Tier to high end maybe a little over priced at times but Excellent equipment as a whole all my Dewalt stuff was Stolen a few Years ago i never got to replace it im Using Real Budget Tools hahaha ! i love Dewalt too though i wouldn’t say Fan boy but i do like it

It’s hard to get a jigsaw that cuts straight. Thank you Mike, (and Cathy ;-)- I am looking for one right now, so this is helpful. I have been making my own computer desk, and I make all of my furniture, and getting one of these is top of my list.
Irrelevant to the video but when I did my laminate floor i spent the same money on a sliding mitre saw, much cleaner and quicker than a Jigsaw will ever be. as I said, not relevant to the review but is to the purpose of your use case.

Im not going to make any "powerful tool" innuendo comments 😉 Its been aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages since youve done a power tool video (oh that angle grinder video) so great to see another one. DeWalt products are great, I have a few of them myself which I use around the house when Im doing DIY or my nighttime job as a total psychopath. Hope its not too long until we see another video with a powerful tool in your hand (dammit, I said I wouldnt make such comments !!!), thanks Mike and Kath.
We use deWalt tools at work. We do water and sewer pipe, so sometime, the guy has to drill thru a pressurized pipe to plug a new water pipe or in the mud so they get a lot of abuse. But they refuse to die.. These pro tools are made tuf and you cannot go wrong with them.
