Just be careful .. and check your local store like Home Depot before you buy something in this store. I purchased a saw in the website and I don’t know what happened but came different tool. I checked my order and the tool was different to the one I selected. I don’t know, if the system made a mistake or I did. But I called to ask for return and they charge 20% restocking fee.
and you can NOT return to they local Direct tools store. you have to send it where it came from.
Later I check home depot for this same tool that came today and it was cheeper and brand new. WHY they selling Factory Blemished tool at higher prices????
Great video, I like them Ryobi tools. But the closest outlet to Cali is located in Oklahoma. Bummer
Techtronic is the parent company of all of the brands shown. Direct tools is their outlet store but you can get the same deals on their website directtoolsoutlet . com. I got the brushless grinder for $55 and 1 year warranty.
Vipoutlet is another good one. they sell on ebay and have their own website. I got the Ryobi 16g nailer for $87 on eBay. Most of this stuff is where people return good tools after they’ve used them once or twice. The nailer i got was basically new.
This is similar to the store where I bought my pressure washer. I think it was at tanger outlets in Virginia. Is this that store?

I just purchased several items from them online. I’ve never purchased from them before, so I went online to see if there are any reviews. I am king of worried now after I placed my order, since I seem to see a lot of negative reviews and reports about them to the Better Business Bureau. Lots of customers stating that they’ve waited weeks if not into a month or more to receive any word that their items have shipped.
I do not want to wait more that a week to here about my order finally being shipped. Also, reviews have stated poor customer service and that it’s hard to get anyone to reply to any of the emails requesting status of orders. Anyone else have this experience? I sure hope there are no issues with my recent order! I see no way of cancelation of an order once its placed on their website.
