Why in the world wouldn’t you just use the shop vac seems like a incredible waste of time and materials

  4. 6.2Tone on October 14, 2023 at 9:10 pm

I believe that’s just a vacuum before the vacuum

  5. The Home WoodWorker on October 14, 2023 at 9:13 pm

You didn’t need but 1-2.5 gallons of bucket for that baby cyclone that cyclone is made for a household vacuum like 10-35 cfm if your going to put that much time and energy into it get a full size cyclone hell at least one made for a shop vac like your using there about 2x-3x bigger

Wouldn’t a 50 gallon drum with a plexiglass cutout be faster to make and hold more waste?

  7. Guido Klein on October 14, 2023 at 9:14 pm

gute Idee aber mit Plastikeimern ohne Versteifung 100% nicht durchführbar, die Dinger klappen zusammen!
    Eigene Erfahrung!

Why my dust going lots into shop vac than fall into the collector? Cement fibre dust.

  9. Nate Santos on October 14, 2023 at 9:15 pm

Nice!! I made one like it and added water but it was only a single bucket no wheels!! Gonna try this one! Thanks for sharing 👍🏽👍🏽

That’s actually a giant vacuum cleaner , Dust collection systems have a canvas bag that filtrates the air at a high rate , And they pick up the fine dust, Vacuum cleaners just get clogged, With that same dust ,

Note to you it would be good if you watched the video before posting to see the words overlap.

  13. Bobcat Sterling on October 14, 2023 at 9:22 pm

  14. Xelzbrod... on October 14, 2023 at 9:22 pm

Damn I’m kind of disappointed I thought it was going to be a robot.

  15. Gear shifter on October 14, 2023 at 9:23 pm

    Needs 12 more buckets.

  16. Larry Be on October 14, 2023 at 9:24 pm

Any effort in this regard will keep the vacuum filter clean er much much longer. I will add, don’t wait until it is really full to empty.
    Excellent idea.
I had a paper barrel with a ring clamp and this set up. If you do any amount of wood working this will save you time and hassle.

  17. Philip Palmer on October 14, 2023 at 9:24 pm

The plastic buckets will eventually collapse with any decent level of vacuum. Speaking from experience.

    "recycled"

  19. costaricaguide.private@yahoo.com on October 14, 2023 at 9:31 pm

  20. Daniel Myers on October 14, 2023 at 9:34 pm

I love the idea of that extra thumb protector.

  21. Dan Oesterman on October 14, 2023 at 9:35 pm

    How did it perform?

  22. POP on October 14, 2023 at 9:37 pm

What about an access hatch at the bottom to allow the dust to be removed??

  23. Alleen toch Vrij on October 14, 2023 at 9:40 pm

very talented the guy !… the color of the dressing matches that of the wheels

  24. P Dan on October 14, 2023 at 9:41 pm

  25. Marks Particle Store on October 14, 2023 at 9:41 pm

  26. cognitor900 on October 14, 2023 at 9:43 pm

Did you get the results that you thought you would get?
I’ve cobbled together something similar but geez, getting the fittings to work takes too many years out of my life!!

  27. Daniele Culmone on October 14, 2023 at 9:44 pm

I have the same cyclone system (with only 1 bucket) and mine has a high pitch squeal when in use. Any thoughts on why??

  28. rustic35 on October 14, 2023 at 9:46 pm

    These edits are ridiculous😂

  29. titantitan on October 14, 2023 at 9:46 pm

Much easier ways to do that

  30. Robert Shank on October 14, 2023 at 9:47 pm

More complicated than it needs to be.

  31. Coach Wilson on October 14, 2023 at 9:48 pm

Where did you get the adapter on top with hose connectors and tank fit?

  32. Samuel Bailey on October 14, 2023 at 9:52 pm

  35. PJ on October 14, 2023 at 9:53 pm

  36. Pete J on October 14, 2023 at 9:55 pm

    DIY your spelling numbskull

  37. Donald A. Jr on October 14, 2023 at 9:57 pm

To bad I can’t save this to steal your setup. It looks awesome and cool. It should keep maximum suction from the shop vacuum.

  38. Wendy on October 14, 2023 at 10:00 pm

I’m a city girl I have no idea what just happened Please tell me

  39. Jasoon Ovens on October 14, 2023 at 10:01 pm

  41. Darryl Tabor on October 14, 2023 at 10:01 pm

That is a really Cool Idea!!, Nice Craftsmanship also!

  42. Douglas Michel on October 14, 2023 at 10:01 pm

Great idea, I wouldn’t have the patience to drill all those holes. I’d get bored after a dozen and scrap the whole thing.

  43. Curt Zeek on October 14, 2023 at 10:02 pm

Instead of buying all that stuff, you can go to Home Depot and buy a bucket and their kit to make this. Ready to use in 5 minutes.

  44. allen badgley on October 14, 2023 at 10:04 pm
