How to make simple dust collectors, that keeps the sawdust out of your shop vacuum cleaner. Super cheap to make and saves you money. Parts are easy to find. low watt consume but still enough powerfull for suck with big dust container. portable and easy for organize.
this is really help me for working and I am very pleased with the results and would recommend making one yourself

Nice video, and clever design, I really like the baffle design,
but, I’m sorry to tell you that there’s a serious issue: nothing, absolutely nothing will ever adhere propperly onto polyethilene or polypropilene plastics such as the ones in your paint basket or the funnel. They seem to adhere at first, but they will come out sooner or later, so, either you choose another plastic such as PVC o acrilyc, or you find a different fastening method
I hope this advise will be so usefull for you as your videos are for me

Mantap om, sedikit saran kalo dibagian penyimpanan debunya di beri jalur untuk pembuangan (bagian bawah) agar gak ribet ngebuang debunya ntar
if you have a hot glue gun you can seal the pipes without using the tape it works well that way.
I think your Amazing- Big Fan of what you do, your creativity, the engineering of your ideas, and then how it all comes together with precision. The funnel under the baffle is a nice touch to increase cyclone effect, the rest is similar as mine 🙂

Because this is a prototype, ad a bag in the collector, use a jigsaw in your jig to cut circles -less dust- and what more can I say just perfect as always thanks ps is there anyway you can reuse the dust into new HDR or a paste to fill screw holes.

Wow.. mengadopsi komponen murah spt the technology of blower keong racun, the corong of bensin eceran, the pail of bekas kaporit or mentega.. menjadi sebuah dust collector ajib.
