How To Update ECU Software | #EnginEEringTheJigsaw | Episode F7

Previously, in our episode “What is #VehicleDiagnostics?”, we briefly mentioned that it was possible to write new ECU software using diagnostic services. In this episode, we will look more deeply at this aspect of ECU software: Enter the #FlashBootloader!

F7 has changed my way of thinking , thank you verymuch, but I feel that OTA update is similar to an android mobile phone or a tablet software update with many functional changes. Is android OS recommended for Automotive applications ??

This is the most complex #EnginEEringTheJigsaw episode that we’ve made so far at the foundation-level, so we want to know whether the level is OK for you? Please let us know if it’s too much, too little or if we got the "Goldilocks Spot"?
