Glad you mentioned that cabinet makers reference its an awesome book. I reference it all the time when trying to determine stock cabinet sizes. The ability to build custom is a blessing and a curse. Great to be able to build custom sizes and shapes for certain applications, but when its not needed it easier and more efficient to build within standard sizes so, you can utilize stock hardware, integrate with standard appliances etc.
