I have the same table saw as in the video but mine is branded Titan. I’m looking forward to doing this build as the fence it came with is useless. Thanks for a great video 🙂

That is very good and looks great I bought a table saw off my brother but he is very slow to find the missing parts and the fence is too small and not adequate I wondered how to make one and thanks to you for your guideline and simplicity other people go too much into too many parts to make but you make it nice and simple thank you

I’ve been looking to buy a table saw but all of the reviews of the ones in my budget mention the fence being inadequate. After watching your video I’m going to get one and make my own fence off of your plans. Thanks for sharing!

My table fence just snapped after years of clamping. This is what I had thought about doing. Looks like that’s the way it’s going to be.

  20. Chris Welch on June 23, 2022 at 9:58 pm

That’s certainly one of the easiest rip saw builds I have seen. Put your skills to work and come up with a claming mechanism.

Those dry wall screws won’t last too long. My advice change them out for wood screws

Finally! A real instructional for building a real fence. Not just an ad to sell plans. Did you ever get a hold down installed?

  35. Michael Bedell on June 23, 2022 at 10:11 pm

Perfect, just what I needed, as I’ll be making a table saw extension and was concerned on utilizing my existing fence only designed for use with its metal table. Great presentation!

  36. Isht Lutz on June 23, 2022 at 10:11 pm

Thanks. Bcuz I just bought a table saw with my fence. My first table saw.

Do you have any easy ideas like this for putting a ROUTER on for an effortless smooth glide across a long piece of wood that will let me get a nice clean groove cut or edge cut whatever they call jt

  37. Bradley Gallagher on June 23, 2022 at 10:14 pm

I did something like this a month ago with plans from Woodglut.

Thanks for your video. I have an older Delta 10" contractor saw but the fence is unstable and inaccurate. I’ve been wanting to find a way to make a decent fence to make it a usable tool. This is the answer! Thank you!

  41. Bigguy on June 23, 2022 at 10:17 pm

I didn’t realize how off my fence was until after my first project didn’t fit together. Thank you for an easy alternative

  47. A.L. Stoots on June 23, 2022 at 10:23 pm

Excellent video.. i am in same boat, as i have a pretty good saw and a junk fence..
Most fence tutorials on here you need a degree in engineering and 30.00 worth of material, locks, etc…this is simple, and done with everything i have laying around already.

  48. bilal hussain on June 23, 2022 at 10:24 pm

    That’s for sharing this video

  49. Eric D'Souza on June 23, 2022 at 10:25 pm

  50. Howard Swing on June 23, 2022 at 10:26 pm
