Arkadaşlar merhaba. Bu videoda iskarpela bileme aracı yaptım. Videoyu woodworking Chisel sharpening başlığı ile yükledim. Gerçekten faydalı bir iskarpela bileme aracı oldu. Bu aletle el planyası bıçağıda güzelce bileniyor. Arkadaşlar video içinde ölçü paylaşmadım. Bileme aracını nasıl yaptığımı paylaştım. Yapmak isteyenler ölçüleri istediği şekilde uygulayabilir. İsteğe göre ölçüler değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bileme aracının yapımında 1.8 cm kalınlığında beyaz renkli mdf kullandım. Hızlı yapıştırıcı ve aktivatör sprey kullandım. Sırasıyla 120/220/400/800/1500/2000 kum zımpara kullandım. Sonuç gayet güzel oldu. Iskarpela baya keskin oldu. Chisel sharpening tool, chisel sharpening jig, how to make sharpen chisels, making a chisel sharpening tool, diy sharpening jig gibi çalışmalar yenisini ekledim. Umarım beğenirsiniz. İzldiğiniz için teşekkürler. Sağlıklı kalın.
Hello friends. In this video, I made a chisel sharpening tool. I uploaded the video with woodworking Chisel sharpening head. It has been a really useful chisel sharpening tool. The hand planer blade is also sharpened well with this tool. Friends, I did not share measurements in the video. I shared how I made the sharpening tool. Those who want to make can apply the measurements as they want. Dimensions may vary upon request. I used 1.8 cm thick white mdf in the construction of the sharpening tool. I used instant glue and activator spray. I used 120/220/400/800/1500/2000 grit sandpaper, respectively. The result was pretty good. The chisel was pretty sharp. I added new works such as chisel sharpening tool, chisel sharpening time, chisel sharpening jig, how to make sharpen chisels, making a chisel sharpening tool, diy sharpening jig. I hope you will like it. Thanks for watching. Stay healthy.

There is a problem in the design. When the chisels get shorter after sharpening, the space that you filed out will prevent them from touching the sandpaper at the right angle. It be better to hollow out a non tapered space so the chisels can just be flat on the surface. That clamp is strong enough to hold them in place, and than you can use it even if they grow shorter.

Приспособление хорошее, а вот заточка неправильная, без режущей кромки, почитайте книжки по столярному делу, там написано, как правильно затачивать инструмент. А в остальном всё хорошо, мастерство растёт и смотреть на такой тип работ одно удовольствие.

Just a tip for the sanding blocks: screw them to the table before using the router. It’s safer. And I’d say the same should be done for the 2:02 pieces. Nail/screw/stick them to a sacrificial table and then use the router. and cut the damaged parts at the ends.

And in 6:50 I’d use wing nuts instead of Allen screws.

Like Auto Pilot for those that can’t fly? I’ve had a strip of emery cloth taped to the top of my tool box for years to sharpen my metal chisels, knives and other tools; I’m working on 100 million dollar aircraft. We are expected to sharpen our drill bits on the equipment provided or, of course just get new drill bits. What an elaborate device to play with wood from Home Depot. Drill sharpening jigs, knife jigs, have you looked into a husband jig so you know what to do when it’s bed time? Once there was a thing known as craftmanship; long gone I’m afraid.
