Japanese Woodworking Tools by Toshio Odate – Book Review #3
I highly recommend reading this book on Japanese woodworking tools by Toshio Odate. This is the definitive book on Japanese tools and the wonderful philosophies that drive their creation and use.

Which book do you suggest first this or the paul sellers? Thank you!
Just a thought here. Woodworking is influenced by culture and natural resources too. I believe 70% of Japanese woodworking is out of Pawlonia wood it is very abundant and it is a very friendly wood to work with I believe this to have an influence on their tools and workspace and bench. I love that they just work on that board and produce such beautiful well crafted cabinets or shelving and so on. The west uses a greater variety of hard and soft woods. Some are very challenging to work with. The tools are different and so are the metals for the tools. I love the contrast though I like to mix and learn from both like you
are u preacher of woodworking religion?

This woodworking book is really detailed, *TopFineWoodworking. Com* ! With the aid of this plan, I was able to use words, drawings, real images and different diagrams. It is really an informative product. I am presently making furniture together with my brother and thanks to this product, I feel like helping him is possible.?
I didn`t plan to utilize this woodworking book, “pepe amazing plan” (Google it) but instead curious about it. I was truly impressed right after trying it. I was trying to learn more about the art of wood working, and was not dissatisfied. A lot of topics were covered, including everything from wood types to designing your workshop.
