Cam you do a computer table with plans
I bought the chair template and understand your video perfectly, but just curious do you have written plans on how to build?
Wow is all I can say ! You do some great work thank you so much 🙂
what kind of cnc do you use
I bought my first router for 12 dollars at a second hand store. I still use it all the time.
Looking for the plans but can’t find them. 😢
James, great video! The projects are really great for woodworkers of all skill levels. Just a tip for new workers or those with not a lot of tools..if they have a block plane or chisel-these can be used to cut roundovers and chamfers. This does take more time, but in my opinion is fun to do. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to do this.
I love your work !!!❤❤❤
Do you finish them with anything? Will they just rot if not pressure treated?
Just ordereg the rocking chair plans. Hoping to build a couple for my grandson and his new wife for there house they just bought. Can’t wait to get started on it.
I actually pre-date much of the PPE that we enjoy today. Those sanders with dust collection are the way to go. It doesn’t have to be Festool. You can improvise your own by securing the hose and the cord together.
Inspired! 🔥
How much would you charge to give me a full set of templates and plans for the rocking chair
Has anyone tried to make any of these with a domino or any other kind of wood and glue only joint rather than all the screws? It would definitely add time to the project, especially for clamping/glue dry time, but seems like getting rid of all those screw holes would make it both nicer looking and longer lasting, as those holes let water get deeper into the wood.
It’s 2023 and I am reviewing this vid. He stated that redwood Adirondack chairs at Home Depot for over $900. I didn’t believe him thinking he’s just trying to justify his prices or he’s in a high price area. So, I went to the HD web site and looked it up. After catching my breath, I discovered the man is absolutely correct. Other woods sell for less but the redwood is definitely commanding a high price. It used yo be about the cheapest wood you could get. I have no idea what the price is for redwood today. Prices are coming down on other woods.
Those figures are way out of reach from the average home woodworker. You need a big business with staff churning out these products all day every day. CNC machines are one of today’s production essentials.

How much you charge for that outdoor table?
In the picture of the set, there is, second from the picnic table, a chair with slats that make a hump if you will, for a leg rest, but I don’t see it in the plans. Is there a set of plans for that?
Don’t have power tool nor want them as can lose fingers
Absolutely love these! I bought the package and opted for the free link to the templates, but don’t know where to get that link. Does it get emailed? I don’t want to mess with lofting it, if I can avoid it.
I disagree, if you don’t have a jointer give up while you’re ahead.
1000 a day my ass
Do you also offer the gcode files for these projects in the outdoor package.?
This is definately top class American bullshit
Can’t wait to get my templates and to make things, Thanks in advance.
Thanks for going to the extra effort to use lighter tools that a lot of would-be wood-workers have on hand.
I just ordered. Do I get the paper templates full size mailed to me??
Love the videos. Just ordered the ultimate package. Can’t wait to have fun..
not sure how you dont have 3 times the amount of subscribers, superb content sir
I like the boots
Hi James,
I love your slow and deliberate approach to explaining each step in the building process. Often when we are explaining something to we are working on, we often assume they already know what we are talking about.
I just purchased the Ultimate Adirondack Package. However, I purchased the chair plans and templates back in Jan 2021.
Thank you very much for all of your effort. Much appreciated!
I am interested in purchasing the plans however it is a pretty big chunk if change guven ny budget.
Could you hall answer a few questions? What is your materials cost for the basic chair and what is your profit?
Also curious where do you suggest a beginner to sell these chairs? Etsy, Facebook, offer up? I dont see mich selling on Facebook in the 459 to 500 range but maybe I am missing something.
Thank you so much Mr. King. I have been thanking people a lot lately but I really mean it man. Im close to starting to create and im so excited! Will be buying your plans soon! You truly teach a man how to fish. God Bless.
If I buy one or two plans then I realized they are amazing and want all 5 does the other plan deal still work? I love your style of video and love that your kids help also I got the small festool sander to go with my big on because you said it helps hand fatigue and my god it does
Did i miss the festool jigsaw blades?
That’s some magnificent furniture
Where do you get your wood from like the cedar?
So many visible screws and bolts
So 1000 a day, huh? Is that 365 days a year?
I really like the designs you’re using for the Adirondack style chairs. I don’t like the style that plants your butt in the grass.
That coffee table is awesome man. Excellent work. You have earned more than just a subscriber, I am going to be talking your channel up to everyone who will listen for the next 4 days…..that is my commitment to you my friend. Kudos again and please continue to spread your knowledge and process as you can.
What kind of finish is that he is using?
This is awesome. Thanks for sharing these builds.
Quick question?
Hi James, thank you for the amazing content and the jigsaw blade tip. I didn’t see a link to which festool blade to use, can you please let me know… thanks in advance
Quick question for you! I know you mentioned that you can easily use dimensional lumber from the big box store, and you’ve also mentioned you "can" use wood that’s 1.25"-1.5" thick for the project… What do you normally do? Do you purchase 6/4 Red Oak and mill it down? How thick do you typically mill it down to?
Hallo, cery nice works and projects. Too bad I’m from Europe and we don’t have redwood growing here and only different types of Pine mostly which are not that good for pitsode without impregnation. Anyway I’m still interested in yours plans but are they also in metric or only imperial standard ?
Beautiful Chair , Mr King !
Are CNC files included? I have a cnc and it would be fast to cut these if you have the files for sale?
I really like that your family is out there helping you with the business. You have instilled some great work ethics in those young ladies
