Amazing metal work but when are we going to see you working with wood again?
Very nice job sir young je
Man you’re talented!
Nice Video ! I saw you quench the iron but no drawing out the temper for a tougher but less brittle edge. For a fine tool like this a straw coloured oxide coating on a clean piece of tool steel is what you would want to be at. Maybe you did this off camera?

P.S. I’m guessing your name is Je and your family name is Young?
Nice work
Still love to watch you create sir. Thank you for sharing.
Is that a DIY whet grinding wheel?
You are amazing! You have an incredible mind. Thank you for the videos.
love that little speed square 🙂
Please, more WOOD working videos Mr. Je.
Did you use a portaband to cut the blade to shape? I’d be very curious to see the table setup. Also thanks for sharing a great video
Are we going to see a new plane build to Young ?😁Hope so
Hi Joung I have been watching your infill plane videos and I do appreciate your time and effort and I am thankful you for sharing your work.
I must say watching you wear gloves when using the band saw makes me cringe. This is a very dangers practice and something to avoid,. If a tooth catches the glove on the band saw it will pull your hand into the saw and the cloth on the glove will hold it there. Without gloves you will still get cut but you will instinctively pull your hand back.
Stay safe.
Your videos are fantastic! I am enamored with your craftsmanship.
Good job 👍
perfeito
Nice job.thanks
Muito boa
Woods, metals, plastics, resins, doesn’t matter, you have mastered it all. Love the video sir.
Nicely done!
At about 2:00 you better be getting some tape over that cutting edge!
Just can’t wait –
Really fantastic work, man!!! 😃
How wide can the blade of the plane be? because I found leaf springs from car’s suspension and I understand that it is a great steel to harden and sharpen
