I got a question brother… Why wouldnt you do some kind of joint.for the top to ensure it stays together. Like a sliding dove tail or some inlays just something that locks it in place. So i guess what I want to know is one is there a reason you didn’t and 2 lets say I’m making something "I.E. jewelry box or Chest" for my daughters that I never want it to break or come apart. And shes only 4 so she can be rough with it.

That method for coving the panel on the table saw is absolutely genius. All this time I thought I needed a big 3xp3nsive router bit to do that. Thank you

NIce work, liked the Poly and sand trick. Have a question, I have been working with red wood and walnut making keep sake boxes and have been getting chip out on back side of the wood when I put it through the dado cut. Any idea how to solve that problem.

Marvelous pattern in the wood. I would definitely keep such a work of art. I would keep "treasures" in there; my mother’s earrings, some of my kid’s drawings, a gift from a dear friend.
