Mortiser and Doweler! Amazing 2 in 1 Woodworking Tool! // Zıvana ve Kavela Birleştirme Aracı

Hello friends, in this video i’ll be making a handheld mortiser and doweler machine. You can do this for all handheld milling machines. This tool can be an inexpensive alternative to the festool domino. You can find all the measurements at the end of the video.

You should make a jig to router small pieces, a slip and you get a very nasty cut.

I really like how small this is and presumably much lighter to handle, that the regular biscuit joiners are. Being battery powered, is a big plus for ‘onsite’ quick work.

  44. Tony B5624 on November 17, 2022 at 4:15 am

Great little jig and well done, I like the whole concept and don’t see any reason for it not lasting, it’s not like it’s made for continuous heavy work, thanks for sharing this , at least most of us appreciate your efforts!

Should have made in from Aluminium or steel. You’ll be lucky in ply lasts a few months. Too many weak jigs are trending in ply…. And in a couple of decades, these will be known as the cringe years for weak jigs made from inferior materials.
