Must Know Jigsaw TRICK #tips #tools #construction

This is called a plunge cut. If you don’t have a drill handy this is a great way to cut into the material without cutting through the material where it doesn’t need to be cut. What do you think about this trick?

Good skill, but there is the chance of bending or breaking a blade. If you have a drill close, pop through a half inch hole and start from there.

I don’t think I’d be able to find my jigsaw let alone muster the inclination to use it again, plunge with circ, clean up corners with multi
