Puzzles were awesome when I was younger!!! My dad always bought them for my brother and I. But as a family we would piece them together. GOOD TIMES!!! And WW II aircraft models.

I love jigsaw puzzles! I find it relaxing to put them together. My oldest one is from 1934. It’s a illustration of Waikiki Beach without the future hotels.

We need to try and solve this COVID-19 puzzle.

Renting jigsaw puzzles? I’m an ebay seller and sold several puzzles during the lockdown.

I bought a used puzzle from a thrift store that I never put together. I sold it in ebay. The buyer put it together then said a piece was missing a returned it. I guess they thought I was running a rent-a-puzzle business.

Owls are supposedly good luck, but they were never allowed in many Italian homes that I know of. Superstition …

BREANNA CORONA was an 1830 saloon bartender at THE ABALONE SALOON — and she loved jigsaw puzzles.

Great to see the lovely anne williams still going strong, wooden puzzles personified!! I can highly recomend her book (shown here). I am taking advantage of my woodies to the max at the moment. If you hav’nt tried a wooden puzzle…go for it!! They are a whole different experience to a card-stock one. Much more tactile, in some ways trickier and, well… satisfying

The last puzzle I pieced was in 2003. Butterflies. And the cat ate the missing piece. I framed it anyway. Misplaced over the years.

I have cats, so no puzzles for me. 🧐

I’ve rediscovered my old love of jigsaw puzzles. I put shipping tape neatly on when finished, front and back. It’s my way of laminating them. I can NOT bring myself to take them apart again. I’ve tried puzzle glue before but it made the puzzle curl. I know there are puzzle frames somewhere out there, too.

I don’t have any room to do puzzles. Probably wouldn’t do them anyway? I want to start buying the wooden puzzles for gifts but are they expensive!! But I might do it anyway. They look pretty cool. Be something different.

I love puzzles but since I have nosy cats I play them on my cellphone.

Great piece! My dad made us puzzles of wood when we were kids with his jigsaw. We love to do 3D puzzles.

Piece Time Puzzles’ website is down. No wonder why. What a great local business to support, and an awesome gift idea! I hope they can hire more staff soon 🙂
