Great compact table saw. New RYOBI 8 1/4″ Compact Table Saw from Home Depot $119
I just bought this table saw a couple of days ago, I do some pretty small cuts! Does Ryobi have any finer blades I can use on my Ryobi RTS08 saw?
I really enjoyed your video, it saved me a lot of time installing the blade guard.
That k you for your prompt response BC. I talked to a Ryobi rep., they were in the Home Depot i was told that Diablo had a 60tooth 8 1/4 β blade with 60 teeth. It is a fine blade for cutting plywood and smoother cuts on just about any wood. Thanks again.
mines should arrive via FedEx tomorrow. i bought a 40 tooth dewalt blade to upgrade
Thank you I was having trouble putting it together
*Just completed a big trim project on my house **MyBest.Tools** Performed very well. Also appreciate how easy it is to move, set up and store with the integrated stand. No more cutting wood on my knees.*

Great vid! Is there any trick to getting the blade to come straight up? It always goes up on an angle for me. Ive tried locking the wheel to prevent the side to side..
Great vid man ! Informative and to the point ( ABC ) – just purchased one yesterday for a small job and for 119$ it already paid for its self !!!!!!
Instructions are confusing about the guard. Thanks!
Thanks for the video, now I can install the guard!!!
Bought this and was shocked at how weak it was! Returned it and got a DeWalt. With the ryobi, itβs impossible to align the fence perfectly…
Definitely helpful. Cheers!
Does this have a vacuum attachment for saw dust?
Are you able to cut a 4×4 on this table saw?
If it takes dados it would be nice to set up for 1/4 1l4 1/4 and leave it.
thank y0u f0r vide0 the Home Depot that by us g0t them f0r 119. n0t bad deal f0r the price i burn my used 0ne i had on making plywood plank flooring lol this time i let it rest 0r 0ne rip at a time lol
How do you change the saw blade out when the time comes?
One thing I can warn you about. Ryobi always make their cases for their table saws out of plastic. If your shop is like mine without central heat and air and uninsulated, in about 4 years the case will dry rot and you will have make a new case for it. I know for a fact. I got their BTS15 10" table saw and one day the case went to pieces on me. I am still trying to fix it up but that’s on me because of multiple health problems and can only work in my shop a few hours a day, and then only during the summer here in Mississippi.
I just bought my first table saw. A 10" rts12t. The deck looks just like yours. This thing needs another rail notched in it for a miter guide. Way too powerful for the frame. Not flimsy just not big enough on top. A beast in a tiny body! Lol!!
Best review out on YouTube….ty for taking the time… we had a heck of a time with blade guard. But thnks to your video problem solved.
Thank you so much!
Yes! The owners manual directions were Batshit π€ͺ crazy to follow!
Great review!
Hey mark,….119 dollars moron what do expect…..I like it not a Carpenter like Mark that I can still work the wood do you know what I mean. Hey dude thank you helped me out π
hey i hear a lot of people complaining about the fence. what is the issue? it seems to lock in place. BTW, this is my 1st table saw
You should also be able to use regular 7 1/4 blades on this.. i have seen people downsize from 10" to 7 1/4 and I personally did 12" to 10" on my full size craftsman tablesaw. The nice thing is less saw dust from thinner kerf and also less strain on the motor. It will still have the capacity for 2x and sheet materials which is the primary use for a tablesaw anyway.
How can you make a sqaure cut instead of linear cut of any floor plank? Is there any attachment included or available for this saw?
Helpful video, thank you very much.
Thank you my Friend….Great Vid~
Helpful video, thanks. I have this saw and it spews a ton of sawdust everywhere.
Thanks for sharing. This video was very informative and to the point.
Thank u this was helpful
Thank you.
Thank you for the update on your new table saw I got one just like yours now I know how to install the blade guide
how good is the miter attachment for cutting window door trim
Thank you so much! I really needed to see the guard set up!
Thank you saved me hours π
thank you. i had the same issue. the manual didn’t help at all.
Ty very much for the walk-thru!
How do you adjust the bevel locking handle and angle?
Thank you BC for taking the time to post this. I just returned home with this table saw. I need it for projects around the house, not as a daily worksite saw. I’m 5’8" and 159 lbs and 58 yo. I needed a lightweight table saw that I can easily stash away and pull out when needed. At 42 lbs this fits the bill. I understand it has limitations – it’s a Ryobi – but it should fit my needs well. Your video was helpful.
