No CNC needed, and totally doable for even a beginning woodworker. They make amazing gifts and are great to sell at craft shows. The video walks through the steps I’ve used to make well over a hundred ornaments. Have fun with the styles, and make some one-of-a-kind ornaments that will be treasured for generations!

Just found your channel – Just an idea…. When you have your square pieces – stack them up using double-sided tape or something – Then you only have to make ONE cut – this can provide 5-10 ornaments at the same time depending on your blade. Saves you a lot of time 🙂

Dude just found your channel. I love it! Thanks for all the instructions and using tools us normal people can afford! All these fancy channels have thousands upon thousands of dollars of tools no one can afford, so they skip out on the steps for us newbies or seasoned woodworkers. Thank you for your content and keep it coming. Happy holidays and stay healthy.

Love how you give multiple ways to do things, according to what people may have on hand. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas!

What a disorganized and usable shit show of a workshop. You need to make a month’s worth of videos about cleaning and organizing.

Hey pal what do you typically charge for these ornaments and are they all face joined or side joined? Desperately looking to my cutting board scrap bin thinking about turning into a ton of ornaments! Thanks for the inspirational and instructional videos!!!! I know this was an old one but hope to see a response as you normally do!!!! And thanks for beating my giants! Great game, the hawks deserved it!!!!

Where do you buy your hardwood? Is there a website?

I love these, I made some of my own this year, it’s such a great way to use up all your scrap pieces. Just a friendly note (and something I realised when making my own) – you could do all your face sanding before cutting out the shapes (the same as coasters) and finish with edge sanding. I definitely need one of those vertical belt sanders though, would’ve made things WAY easier!
