That saw blade seems like it’s not good. it should cut much cleaner than that, but seems to operate fine from what i see. (Long time woodworker here)

I looks like a poor quality toy. No riving knife. Can’t tilt the blade. Underpowered. It’s a joke.

I know it’s meant for thin lightweight stuff but what size thickness do you think this might be able to cut to?
I just bought this came think of a link from Facebook for only $28. So I’ll see how well it works but was hoping it might cut up to ½" MDF. Probably have too high of hopes for this little thing. Anyway, great little video! Now I’ll know how to put it together. Thanks.
