I built this TABLE SAW SHOP CART / WORK STATION on wheels for my ongoing shop build! This video will show you a quick run-through of the methods I used.
The goal was to provide a rolling table saw stand that would also incorporate some simple storage, and provide a decent work station in the form of the outfeed table.
Materials:
B/C plywood
2×4
3″ lockable caster wheels
1-5/8″ drywall screws
Galvanized brad nails
Titebond 2 wood glue

Rolling Table Saw Cart:
TABLE SAW SHOP CART / WORK STATION HOW-TO:
1) Rip and cross-cut 5/8″ plywood into appropriate widths and lengths for table saw cart components.
2) Fasten joins that need slightly more strength with drywall screws in pre-drilled and countersink holes. (This is a FAST method–it is not the strongest form of joining these pieces, but the cart only requires light loads.)
3) Join other pieces of table saw shop cart with titebond 2 wood glue and brad nails.
4) Build 2×4 base for cart / work station.
5) Attach assembled table saw cart / work station to 2×4 base with screws.
6) Add support blocks to inner corners of 2×4 base.
7) Attach 3″ lockable casters to corners of table saw cart / work station.

LOVE IT! I’m about to redo my cart. I’ve got the same saw. What kinda dust collector is that (model?). My saw seems to spew dust everywhere even w a vac hooked up
this was awesome!. How do you decide when to switch between the table and skilsaw?
Lmao the way you blow sawdust away using the saw 😂😂. I’ve done that before
As a 25 year union Ironworker just getting into wood work …. I draw the line at the carpenter belt. I couldn’t do it.
That being said. It’s nice seeing another tradesmen doing a how to vid instead of these wood working magicians you see on here saying things like “5/64 or 10. Thousands of an inch” !!?
To be honest I love that to
How do you find this tablesaw for accuracy? And is the fence nice snd tight with no play in it when clamped?..or..which tablesaw would you recommend other than this one. TIA
I enjoy your content, but I wish this video was more a tutorial and less a “watch me build a saw cart.”
I really appreciate you sharing this. I’m looking to create something very similar. Living in a one bedroom condo I need something that can host a table saw AND double as patio "furniture". This basic concept is the starting point for what I’m going to build. Thank you very much.
$70 ?? Wow !!
👍👍👍👍👍

Carpenters building furniture, now I’ve seen it all.
I like the way you use your left hand saw with your right hand.
You love wood, like me… i wish people understood if you need a cart or bench …just make one to suit your needs!
This video was AWESOME !
Wow!! That was so cool!! Thank you!
Very nice! Simple but it works!
Good idea. Do you have measured drawings for this? Thanks for sharing.
Thanks 🙏
Very cool design!
Nice tip, quick and to the point. Thanks
Hi my friend. Ty for that. So the measure is not accurate are you saying?..its a toss up between this dewalt or a makita. Hmm decisions??
I dig it! I’m planning on building something similar in nature. I have an idea as to what I want it to look like, but I’m struggling to come up with ideas on how I’d make it big to help break down bigger sheets of ply. Main issue is working a design that isn’t going to take up the footprint of something like a cabinet saw.
This guy is an amazing engineer and designer 🙌🏼👍🏼❤️🙏🏽👏
Wow! You sir are awesome, I would love to be a student. Always wanting to excel my carpentry and woodworking skills.
Working great
How’d you decide when to use screws vs. nails?
Love it!
You great bro…. Peace ✌️
Grasias for the knowledge sharing
Suscrito
Got enough drivers?
Simple is always better. Good job!
Like it. Not much talk and more actions. Like it because is simple to build and just what I need for my initial shop
Practical and simple, I got a table saw just like that that I been wanting and needing to build a table/cart for it. Yours must be the best I seen so far, thanks for sharing
I would think the gap between the table saw and the feed table could cause a kick-back if material catches the feed table side. Still, a really nice project.
That tool belt is bigger than his circular saw. Priorities.
Looks great!
Is this 3/4" plywood?
I just bought a home and was lucky to find this channel. It’s so good. Thank you, sir.
Great idea
I notice your using three drills … one for 2 wood piece penetration, one for countersunk?, one for connector hear. Is the countersunk appears a specific type, is there a link to that countersunk driver? Thank you in advance for your thoughts
That’s cool. I like it better when you talk in the videos. Do you have a pattern? Also, I don’t see a list of tools after the videos— where do I find them?
I learn something new….. I could use an impact driver upside down …… 🙂
I know what I’m building come spring
just got a table saw and this is a game changer
Awesome job! Table saws scare the crap outta me!
It’s kind of ironic that the mobile table saw car would of really helped build the mobile table saw cart 😂 love the content
Great job love your videos full of information.
Do you have exact dimensions I’d like to build same table I have same saw. Also what attachment do you use to connect vacuum to tablesaw? Thx
Where do you have plans for this? Willing to pay for that. I hate trying to figure that out… new to all of this…
Can I get plans for your garage shop builds? I work for a large high end senior community and quality of life is essential in my buildings. Your level of quality is above me and I am a journey man in trades in refrigeration air-conditioning chillers boilers cooking equipment etc. I will be willing to trade skills!
