Table Saw Tripping Breaker: One solution, but many applications.
I demonstrate how to diagnose a table saw that keeps tripping a breaker, especially when under significant load. Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one. In this case, the blade was too dull. This method of testing amperage can be applied to any corded tool.
I think you were pulling less amps because the 40 tooth was able to take smaller bites at a time reducing the load. Glad you got it fixed!
Thanks for making this video dude. I’m having the same issue with my job site table saw. Hasn’t really been a problem until I tried ripping 2 in thick Oak. Just like you installed a 20 amp dedicated circuit. I’m probably going to install a 30 amp circuit, should give me enough juice to burn my saw up haha
