Apparently nobody with a 3D printer has the old style Festool 150. There are design ideas out there including ones that are limited to 90 degrees. And I’ve got plenty scrap wood.

I really wish iGaging offered metric products. As an emerging woodworker, metric is really the system to go with, and I’ve been using imperial all my life.
If you haven’t seen the trim router base Tamar at 3×3 Customs made, you should check it out. Easily one of the most versatile bases out there.
Which setup bars do you recommend, the setup bars from iGaging or from Kreg? Also, Amazon has the Kreg setup bars for $79.99. Amazon also has a replacement set of bars for $22.99 with the same number of bars. Both comes in a plastic case. Not sure what the difference is between the two Amazon kits other than $52.00. Do you see any differences?
Can you use a regular pencil with squares?

Igauge to me was a must as a beginner setting up my shop. The Tso for my Kreg is one of the biggest game changers for me. I always joke that I was 3000$ in before I could make square cuts. In reality I was probably even deeper than that. It’s one of the things I can’t say enough about. In my mind, if you own a track saw, you almost need one of these. Also, I love that tso and ujk have teamed up. Haven’t used the park system but dang it sure is pretty and I look to put it to use on my project table I plan on building.

Freedom Unit. That is the worst way to describe Imperial that I have ever heard. after all there are 3 countries that use it. US, Myanmar, and Liberia.
I expect my tools to be DEAD ON! 1/1000th of an inch is not close enough for me. I want 1/10,000th or less. If it cannot meet my expectations pack your stuff up and get outta here. 😃 Not really. I use an old beat up wood ruler that I’ve used to pry paint can lids off and keep the door open, a fat unsharpened pencil, and I have bad eyes.
Too bad they don’t make a universal one for lesser expensive sanders. I just refuse to spend on a sander what a planer costs lol

In the last 24 hours, the 90deg sanding tool had sold 24 total, so far. That doesn’t include what has sold before this video came out. It’s impressive to me that you hit that many people that quickly. Outstanding product and outstanding job to you for doing such a great job to help represent these small guys’ tools.
I’m wondering now if that TSO guide will now work on the new Ridgid track saw. I already have the one for the Kreg, but I do plan on getting the Ridgid or Milwaukee one eventually.

I can’t get the links for the sander attachment or the router base plate to work.
Love the sander attachment, seriously useful, but having had a tso rail square (not latest model) in the past and the benchdogs rail square currently they are night and day difference. Compared to the cam system on benchdogs the clip is fiddly and just doesn’t feel as secure, the bevel attachment pegs on the benchdogs square let you square against molded edges/worktops accurately, and the real game changer is the repeat stop accessory, essentially a calibrated scale with a stop block, ripping sheet material repeatably for cabinets is effortless
I like the router base. But the iGauge set (the same as this one) I bought a couple of years ago was pretty sad. The metal the blades were made of was very soft and bent easily, and the measuring scales were off as well as the angels. And the pens were broken. 😥 I do like and use iGauge’s Digital calipers and I have been meaning to get a set of their Setup Blocks.

I didn’t read all the comments — someone may have mentioned it — but the best change in the TSO square Version 2 is that you can attach it anywhere along the track in an instant. With no loss of squaring accuracy once you lock the clamp. They modified the T that fits in the clamping groove so you don’t have to slide it in from either end. Great modification!
