That was funny when the guy said people do not return milwaukee tools. I bought the largest sds hammer drill . From day 1 it did not work. Took it in for repair 3 1/2 months later I got it back and it was still broken . Sent it in again 3 moths later got it and again it did not work. At this point it did not work again back it went 4 months later and again it did not work . Right now its back in with milwaukee its been over two months right now will it work ? I told milwaukee there POS they could send me a refund if they wanted to have not heard from them as of now over two months. Not sure what they are going to do with there POS as of now ? Oh just in case you do not know what POS is it means PIEACE OF SHIT ! Your talking the tools has been it there hand for right at a year plus. So as for there warranty its no good because they keep it for months and run you out of the warranty because they have it all the time. HI MILWAUKEE ARE YOU READING THIS PROBABLY NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE SLEEPING ?

Great video Rob. I’ve talked with Jay (great guy) about Ohio Power Tools in the past, but it’s nice to get a behind the scenes view.

great toy store for me…..I still cannot fathom for the life of me why no dewalt???? I use almost any tool that will work, I have no favorite…SDS, best cordless is Rigid, IMO…..best battery powered brad nailer?? Milwaukee gen 2…..best cordless hammer drill?? Dewalt…..of course these are my opinions and my results……and I am sure most contractors have similar stories of using multiple brands because they want the best product if they are using them daily…..so back to my question I would love to know why they do not carry Dewalt? I have returned just as many dewalt tools as I have Milwaukee and I have about a 50/50 amount of both with a few other brands tossed in…makita, rigid, hilti….etc….Ohio Power tool is a great place to visit and buy from if your in the area, I would not order online from them, just my opinion…..but great store to stop in a make a purchase, I would stop in more often if Dewalt was carried as I tend to gravitate towards the flex volt line of dewalt cordless tools for now.

I think I’m gonna paint my service truck Milwaukee Red! Its such a striking color and yes it’s full of as many Milwaukee tools as I can currently afford. I love the Milwaukee line compared to everything else on the market. I used to be strictly dewalt but phased in Milwaukee years ago and got rid of the yellow crap.

Rob, don’t you think it’s important (and a legal requirement by the FTC) to disclose that you are an affiliate marketer of Ohio Power Tool? You have financial incentive to promote their business. If you support all independent retailers, we look forward to being featured in your next video 😉

Nice tour. This , like higher end hardware stores, have great selection but comes at a premium. That being said you’ll get the service and helpful answers you can’t get online.

This video had very bad audio. Not sure if it’s just on my end. Just wanted to also say , it is unfortunate for a lot of folks that such places like this are not locally available, so they have no choice but to buy online or at “big box stores.”

Great store, great selection BUT most of us buying tools online I think shop for the best deal or price and other places seem to offer that over Ohio tool. I’ve got a commercial millwork shop and spend $1000’s each year on power tools and if possible try to make one major purchase on a large machine of $50,000 or more each year. Since most prices on large machines are pretty much the same and service is extremely important I always look for the best buys I can find on all the smaller tools where price is often a big difference from seller to seller to save what I can.
