1. "would it cause political instability?" Uh… guys, we could build a bridge; it’s honestly not that hard.
2. "Would the price tag be worth it?" Uh, guys… it would create jobs! It would economically benefit both parties! Even so, it cost MONEY to maintain a wall!

Wouldn’t that increase the speed of production of bringing resources from one place to another, such as resources needed for the following;

It’s 2021, we don’t need to dig all that dirt and in reality could probably accomplish this at a fraction of the cost. Multiple engineering advances in the last 100 years make this a pretty simple and inexpensive proposition, but then the US would have difficulty with its slave labor program, the UN won’t make an exception for the US, they simply look the other way since its incevizened and not explicit now.
