Really good helpful information, big thumb up from those of us with a band saw and no table saw ! Really enjoying your videos.

Most mitre slots are 19mm. On my Bosch table saw they are 16mm

Thanks Guys – A very good introduction to both machines. However perhaps the question one should ask oneself regarding which machine to chose, is what kind of woodworking does one do or anticipating doing ?? I agree that perhaps for general work maybe a Bandsaw and a Tracksaw would be a good choice to start with. Clearly the safety of the Bandsaw is a big attraction (also the thin kerf), but if one makes lots of cuts on the tablesaw, Sawstop for me is very important (I know too many old woodworkers with missing fingers), but also one can tune the tablesaw to produce "finished" cuts (like the Forester blade guys do for wood shows). Also blade selection for both machines is important if you use it lots – general purpose often has major compromises. Thanks again

Dear Craig, is it possible that you do a post on YouTube, how to adjust a kiving knife or a splitter on an Axminster table saw like the ATS254TS after changing to a new blade?

Excellent video. Friendly, very informative, good camera work and honest opinions (not hard sell of Axminster products), well done guys 👍

I am hoping to get the Axminster’s Trade AT2552B bandsaw what blades do you recommend for straight and curved cutting?

This was a fantastic video- really see the table saw as a luxury but the bandsaw is a necessity.
Could you do a video on your thickness planers, bench top and combination? I’m struggling between the spiral PT vs the craft PT
I feel this style of video is amazing for something like that?

Are the wheels for the band saw base 105071 or 105072 or some other items?
